Aashwast Frequently Asked Questions

Aashwast is a care provider for senior citizens. It offers end-to-end support to maintain ease, dignity and care to older adults. Our projects and programs are aimed at providing better quality of life to older individuals and relief to their families.

Apart from our dedicated services, we also help with below-mentioned tasks when required:

Aashwast membership plan includes a yearly or lifetime non-refundable subscription fees and top up with a plan of your choice. Hour-based short-term and long-term plans are available.

Step 3: We will meet you in person to listen, discuss, and understand your requirements.

Step 4: Once the annual membership signup is finalized, we will welcome you to the ‘Aashwast Community’.

Aashwast membership plan can be availed by a single senior individual living alone or a senior couple living together. In case of the latter, both individuals will be included in one single membership.

Aashwast services are exclusively available for our members, which can be availed through our membership subscription.

Seniors have different needs requiring both skilled workforce and labour assistance. Based on that, ‘Mitra’ is a name given to skilled support personnel who help with things like technology, and ‘Saathi’ is a name for individuals offering labour intensive assistance like cleaning.

Our extensive health network is spread across Pune. It includes recognized service providers- doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic clinics, ambulances, dementia specialists, and other support services. 

Yes. We take care of all emergency protocols as per the requirement of each beneficiary member, including calling ambulance and coordinating the hospitalization. To manage emergencies, an additional amount has to be pre-deposited with Aashwast.

Your family doctor prescribes relevant medication, appropriate tests and dietary instructions as per your medical history. We will be delighted to discuss and coordinate with them to improve elderly care outcome for you if needed.
